Installed for Client – Unltd Energy, the Newman College 30kW system is the largest solar power system built, using funding exclusively from the National Solar Schools Program and the West Australian Solar Schools Program.

The solar array comprises a unique combination of 110 Solyndra (21kW) and 46 Suntech (9kW) solar modules to make the most effective use of the flat and pitched roof areas.  Three SMA Sunny Tripower inverters were used and the system is monitored via a Sunny WebBox.
