Many GC Solar companies have specialist sales teams with no installation experience; once the sale is made they will then contract out the installation.
This style of business is effective but often results in communication breakdowns between the sales person’s agenda, the customer’s expectations and unforseen limitations imposed by site conditions and the installation team’s requirement to comply with regulations.
When a potential customer contacts MESA an appointment is made and a member of the actual installation team responds. We will discuss your expectations; carry out a thorough site appraisal which will include a switch board and in roof inspection and offer advice on best practice for the final installation.
This means that there will be no hidden costs or compromises associated with installation problems not taken into account during a “sales’ process.
Whilst at your home we can carry out a brief energy audit and discuss methods for improving efficiencies without compromising comfort.
MESA has a team of highly skilled and experienced trades people to carry out the installation of the GC solar system At least one member of the team will have accreditation from the Clean Energy Council to supervise the work and all tradespeople will be qualified to carry out their work. A fully licensed electrician will be part of the team and provide an electrical safety certificate on completion.
A RECs assignment form will also be filled out on completion of the work and photos taken of the installation to ensure compliance with standards regulations. Because MESA’s margin relies on the successful processing of the RECs application you are assured of a good standard of work which will comply with quality assurance guidelines set by the industry regulator.
