ARCHITECTURAL / BUILDING PASSIVE DESIGN SIMULATION AUDITING using a registered BURSPRO specialist
Best applied at the design stage the passive design simulation and reporting package allows for an officially recognised Energy Star rating for the proposed construction. By minor modifications in parameters at the design stage large efficiency improvements can be achieved. Because the BERSPRO system and registered practitioners have industry recognition the reports can be used as a basis for Green Loan applications and planning authority new construction minimum energy efficiency target approvals.
BASIX: Those involved with passive design for projects in the Eastern states may be more familiar with the BASIX system. MESA can offer expertise with this system and is able to compare and improve on possible outcomes by running both simulators simultaneously.
COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY AUDITING AND COST BENEFIT EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT ANALYSIS.
Is your home or business wasting energy unnecessarily? MESA can carry out an audit to locate areas of maximum energy use, energy inefficiency and asses for the most cost effective methods to improve energy use efficiencies. A report outlining the areas where efficiencies are readily obtainable and the life cycle cost benefits of those changes can be provided as part of the audit service.
